Professional Physical Therapy and Associates is now looking for Physical Therapist Superstar Team members. The main clinic located in Edgewater, Florida has a diverse patient load but has an orthopedic orientation. We are experiencing significant growth and diversification in population in Edgewater.
Jeffery R. Berner initiated his education at Penn State University and completed his master's degree at Barry University in Miami. Jeff has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since entering the profession in 1988 and has served as chairperson for the East Central District of Florida.
David Antolick was born in upstate New York and moved to West Palm Beach, Florida, in 1993. David, his wife and two children relocated to Central Florida and now reside in Port Orange. In 2002, he earned his Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapist Assisting at South University in West Palm Beach.
Originally from Oregon, graduated from Oregon State University in 1992 with a BA / BS in Biology. From there, she landed in Hawaii where she received her Physical Therapy Assistant degree in 1994 and her Masters in KLS - Athletic Training in 2001. During that time, she had opportunity to work with various University of Hawaii athletic teams along side the sports medicine physicians for 3 years.

I have been treated by Jeff Berner at Profesional Therapy and Associates for about 10 years and am extremely satisfied with the care I have received. Jeff has always diagnosed my ailments correctly and explains in clear language the what, where and why's involved. I always receive a written list of does and don'ts, along with pictorial printouts of stretches and strengthening exercises which are keys to recovery. 5 stars, indeed.

Best initial assessment and a most successful PT program that I've ever had for serious lower back issues. Michelle Applegate is extremely knowledgeable and not only identifies and works the problem areas but she educates her clients as to what she is doing and why. I went there quite a few years ago for vertigo. It was treated and I walked out without that horrible dizziness. To me it was amazing. I have recently gone back with low back pain. After being massaged and therapy exercises I can gladly say my pain is gone after going twice a week for almost a month. The office personal are friendly and the therapists are proficient and friendly as well. I would recommend this facility to anyone that is experiencing health problems.

I recently had hip replacement surgery and was very nervous about my recovery and the surgery overall. My physical therapist Jon was great from the start. He answered all my questions and shared some of his experiences with this type of recovery and immediately put me at ease so that I could have a more positive outlook, which I’m sure adds to the physical recovery. He has shown me some great strengthening and range of motion exercises to do at home too. I look forward to going in there and working hard and I’m very happy I chose Professional Physical Therapy and am so glad to be working with

Every session is very helpful and I have noticeable improvements. I have been with Michelle for three different areas and each one has improved substantially. I continue to use the exercises at least twice per week to continue the healing process. Michelle is a great physical therapist and I would recommend her to any person needing help.
