This company is a complete scam. They continually charged my card flagging a suspected fraud through the bank. I started making calls and getting insanely sketching answers. Turns our they booked a limo through another company. When I asked for the address, they provided me with one for exceptional limo in Pittsburgh. Exceptional limo comfirmed that I was booked and sent me a confirmation and bill. I owed them $800! LX limo wanted $1400! They also tried to run multiple deposit charges over time as well as random other charges. Do not use them ever!

We received Great Service! Very professional team - everything was amazing.
Our driver Mike was at our pick up location 15 minutes before time. Mike was a true professional - great driver. Limo was very nice, very clean, and looked new. We had some non alcoholic drinks and glasses in the limo prepared for us.
Will be using this company again in the future.

Awesome service!!!! If anyone is looking for reputable and reliable limousine company you should definitely contact Lx Limo. They have gone above and beyond to make our limo experience very memorable one. We were amazed at the quality of the limo that we have booked. It was very clean and well maintained. Everything was working properly. It was stocked with ice, water and cups for us to use on our trip. Driver was very polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the city. I wish I could give this company 0 stars...or negative stars. Either would be more appropriate than the one undeserved star that I am forced to give Philadelphia LX Limo by the Yelp system. We booked in advance and selected the 48-person coach bus for a 5-hour minimum rental, despite needing it for only 2 hours. The prices were exorbitant, but it's a price we were willing to pay for efficient transportation of our wedding guests between venues.
Unfortunately, the bus barely got our guests to the first venue. Despite having 2 GPS systems installed in the bus, the driver boldly got lost halfway

Avoid this company.
I made a three-hour reservation for a limo from 4 to 7 p.m. for a bridal shower/bachelorette party. I called to change that reservation to 5:30 to 7 p.m. After I was advised that it would be the same price anyway due to a three-hour minimum, I opted to keep the original reservation of 4 to 7 p.m. However, I was charged for four hours of service rather than three hours.
LX Limo contracted out the limo rental to another company. We soon learned that the second company double-booked our limo. Halfway through the trip, the driver started yelling at me and put his supervisor

These people are TERRIBLE!!! First of all, they want all of your credit card information, as well as a copy of your debit/credit card. They do not take checks and/or money orders. I had first decided to go with this company, and then gave them my card info. After receiving the contracts, I realized that they needed a copy of the card, and I began to grow weary. I never returned the signed documents, and I went with another company (Secrets Limo Service...they were PHENOMENAL!). (This was all done 2 months prior to my wedding.) Unfortunately we booked LX LIMO to provide the shuttle service for our wedding. When we asked if the driver needed directions, we were told no because he was a professional. HA! That couldn't have been farther from the truth!!! All the driver had to do were a total of three round trips with the bus to bring our guests back and forth from the hotel to the location of our wedding. Seems simple enough, however the driver managed to get lost EVERY SINGLE TIME. The two locations were six miles apart! This included making k turns on narrow roads and turning
