I Haul I Move picked up a dresser from a local store and brought it to my house today. They were very timely and the three young men were very polite. I spoke with Jennifer in the office several different times over the course of a week or so and she was always very polite and has a great sense of humor. I definitely recommend using them!

Excellent moving experience! From the estimate- packing- loading- hauling-unloading, these guys were fantastic! Took great care of everything - from the china to the theater chairs and dining room furniture, and some custom pieces! They were all polite, respectful, and focused on making our move great! I called this company last minute and they were very accommodating. I even had to make a change to my move on the day of the move due to an unforeseen circumstance and this company was able to roll with it! They made this move incredibly easy and smooth! Good and bad. Good - moving to a local storage unit they did an awesome job, packed logic-wise with almost 1/3 room left to add more later. Bad - loading a pod that was offsite for a cross-country also left 1/3 room empty which isn't good when paying so much for the pod & moving - felt like I threw away money (tried to fill on my own but only so much would fit in my car and too tired to make more than 4-5 trips over).

Highly recommend! The movers showed up on time and completed the move within the promised time frame. They were extremely careful with our furniture.

I cannot praise this company enough! From the office staff/owners to the crew and each step of the way. We are military and have moved 12 times in the last 20 years and this is by far the best moving company. Personable, reliable and affordable! What more could you ask for?! There was a mishap with a treadmill in a stairwell that caused some wall damage (accidents happen) the owner was prompt and responsive to getting things repaired. Would definitely recommend!

I was so nervous about moving into my new place. My furniture was big and my new place was smaller with narrow stairs. Beau, Tyler and Donovan were so amazing moving everything and calming me, it was perfect! Jennifer is an amazing lady as well to make me feel so comfortable with what was happening and keeping in contact with me every step of the way! I will be using these guys for any other moves in my future!! Thank you so much!

They are a locally owned, no-nonsense moving company. They gave me a price up front, and were willing to get straight to business. They have great service, they are competitively priced, and they know what they are doing. After dealing with some national chains in comparison, I will only ever use iHaul iMove here in the Springs.

The Guys moving our stuff for us we're better than our previous moving company arranged by our work. They were fast, cautious, courteous and professional.
The issues we had which I won't go into were with admin. they were resolved ultimately. So kudos to them. It did however make things a bit frustrating but hopefully better for others in the future.
Would we hire again yes. We would be sure to clarify a couple things in advance.
So a note to others make sure to clarify if there are jobs before yours and if so if it could impact their arrival time. Clarify in advance estimated

1) Ask how far their company is from your house, as they charge the hourly (for all the movers) for that travel time.
2) Ask to sign their forms ahead of time, rather than when the movers show up, as that just adds to the stress of the move, with a requirement for additional choices & prices.
3) Their moving truck looked the worse for wear, with bent bumper, very cracked windshield.

This is the second time I have used iHaul iMove. The owner, Matt, has the best crew of guys you could ever want to pack up a large house.They worked for 12 hours with only a 15 minute break to get my family moved into storage units and partial temporary housing as we look for a new house to buy during this pandemic.We started with 4 guys and 2… trucks...and mid day Matt added 2 more movers and another truck so the job could be completed in 1 day. All 6 movers were very respectful, knowledgeable of how to do the job and worked tirelessly. If you are looking for a local mover - please consider

If you desire the best moving company is Colorado Springs, look no further. It may cost a little more than the other guys, but is well worth it. I elected for a full service of packing day one and moving on day two. JAMIE was awesome to work with and is very knowledgeable on packing and moving using the most efficient means possible. It'd be worth the request to place him on your assigned team. And if you can get BRANDON as well, even better, as his hauling techniques are spot on. These two worked well together and took almost no breaks. They worked hard both days and wasted no time on getting

Overall, my wife and I had a very good, smooth moving experience with this moving company and its employees! We also had them pack most of our breakable kitchen and dining room items and nothing broke. We highly recommend them, though they are on the high end of moving companies in Colorado Springs.

I had IHaul IMove come in and move all the heavy Items in the last part of our move. You know the ones gun safe, 75 inch flat screen ect. I called on Tuesday and they were able to come out Wednesday, talk about service. A relatively short move and they completed it in three hours. Professional service with a smile with very reasonable rates. Highly recommended! Thanks for making my week painless.

We used iHaul iMove today for our residential move in Northern Colorado Springs. The moving crew arrived on time this morning and was friendly, professional, and worked VERY quickly. Our furniture was well cared for as the iHaul iMove crew took extra time to shrink wrap and blanket furniture and fixtures. Matt, the owner, was on site to start the day and made sure we were comfortable with the plan and crew. They disassembled and reassembled furniture as needed. I would put their services up against any of the "major" moving companies any day. I definitely recommend this company and speak

These guys are super fast and efficient. They packed the house and unloaded into the respective rooms in 4 hours. Thanks for the move and doing what the wife and I didn't want to!
