Just getting started? You might be eligible for our $30 for 30 days package! Must be new to our studio and a resident of Lafayette parish. Must be purchased in the studio (no online option) on your 1st visit - good for 30 days/unlimited pass. If you experience pain or discomfort adjust the posture and ask for support from the teacher.
New To the Studio? New To Yoga? Try our Beginner Yoga at 9AM on Saturdays or one of our Slow Flow Yoga or Gentle Yoga Classes. Baby Boomer 60+ years old? Take advantage of our reduced class rate - 2 packages to choose from (purchase in studio - bring your picture ID). We are also a Louisiana CEU provider for the Louisiana Board of Massage Therapy (LAP0160), NCBTMB (#1496) & CEU provider for teachers registered with Yoga Alliance.
This session is effective for injuries, daily and/or chronic discomfort, and personal alignment issues unable to always be addressed in a general class. Take advantage of in depth discussion and time for questions. This session is meant to give you tools that will leave you feeling more aware and confident.
Building upon movement awareness and core stability, learn how to challenge strength, balance, and coordination with this contemporary approach to the Pilates method. This well-rounded workout using the Pilates chair will leave you feeling strong, toned, and connected. And you will accomplish definition and lengthening in the overall physique.
