Services
At Morris Legal and Tax LLC, we provide virtually all of the legal services that fall within the umbrella of Wealth Management Law. Many of our clients utilize us for several of the services listed below as part of a comprehensive approach. We do, however, have a number of clients who have hired us for only one or two of the services listed below.
As a CFP with an MBA and several years of experience as a financial advisor at one of the largest financial companies in the world, no tax and estate attorney is better suited than Everett Morris to provide tax law, estate law, and business planning law services that are in line with the clients' financial plans.
During her second year in law school, Najah fell in love with tax law, and began tailoring her classes and work experience around tax and estate law. As a newly admitted member to the bar, Najah believes that while knowledge and understanding of the law is essential to her career, being able to connect with clients and understanding their concerns is equally important.
Lauren Guidry serves as a legal assistant for Morris Legal & Tax where she schedules clients and assists them with non-legal needs, handles billings and payments, and generally keeps the office organized in a multitude of ways. Lauren believes the foundation to any great firm is creating an efficiency and having personnel willing to maintain its integrity.
At Morris Legal and Tax, LLC, our tax return preparation services are focused on individual tax returns, including individuals who own their own businesses. We prepare state tax returns for any state in the United States, in addition to federal tax returns. With our tax preparation services, you also receive some tax planning tips, including adjusting your tax withholdings and contributing to tax advantaged retirement accounts.

Mr. Morris knowingly committed libel and defamation and made knowingly false comments regarding his handling of a probate case. He has no ethical standards and no problem telling outright lies. He need to be a public defender since he likes representing low lives and lowering himself to their standards. He considers withdrawing his client's petition to be estate administrator to be very successful litigation, what a joke. Mr. Morris is obviously desperate for money and clients and continues to engage in professional misconduct. He recently held his loser client Robin Formaro out to be an appropriate

It's interesting that Mr. Morris does not deny anything in my original review and, in fact, is now guilty of libel and defamation based on his blatantly false accusations. My statements, on the other hand, are based on facts. Mr. Morris disrespects and talks about my dying mother whom I loved and actually had a relationship unlike his client, Robin, who was never in her or my father's life for the last 20 plus years except to try and bum money from them. In fact, the only one who either attempted to and who actually stole assets from either of my parent's was Mr. Morris's
