Ron Call the owner of Classic Carpet & Flooring started his humble beginning in the flooring industry at age 18 as an apprentice in 1978. I had an outstanding experience all around. The installers went above and beyond to fix some issues that were out of their control. You can tell they take a lot of pride in the quality of their work. Also, when I called with questions the owner picked up the phone. This was so much better than an experience with another company where the contact number was for a call center that relayed my information for someone to call me back "in 3 business days."

From the initial meeting with Ron to deciding on a product and having the installation completed Ron was in touch with us throughout the entire installation. The installers are very professional and went above and beyond to resolve issues that came up as a result of installation. I highly recommend Class Carpet & Flooring.

Shawn was our flooring installer on August 23, 2021.
He did an absolutely fantastic job!! He was very pleasant and professional. The wood floor in the foyer looks great. Shawn was meticulous with his craft. We hope to have him back soon to do our kitchen floor as well. Five stars for Classic Carpet in Tallmadge!
