Our mission at Family First Chiropractic & Acupuncture is simply to serve you. We provide excellent chiropractic care to help our patients reach and exceed their health goals. We assess the patient as a whole. We want to address the main concern, but also lead you into a lifestyle of being pain free.
Dr. Jordan has been a clinical director of Family First Chiropractic and Acupuncture for over 5 years. She is a board certified Chiropractic and Acupuncture Physician who graduated at National University of Health Sciences in Lombard Illinois. She is a member of the Carolina Chiropractic Association as well as the National University of Health Science Alumni.
We specialize in correcting your body's misalignments. Our goal is to ensure that your spine and the rest of your body are working harmoniously. To do so, we will help you develop a plan that will require light stretching, some exercise, chiropractic care, and a healthy diet. Corrective exercises are the use of bodily movements and/or postures to restore desirable changes in diseased or injured tissues.
We want to see all our patients attain and maintain a level of wellness care. This is when your body is fully healed and only needing maintenance adjustments. It is still recommended to come in for periodic adjustments to keep things running smoothly. This requires a quick visit 1-4 times per month based on your lifestyle and goals.
Even a "minor" crash can result in serious injuries like ligament sprains. This can lead to chronic pain and disability if not treated properly. In fact, research shows that early treatment is the best way to prevent long-term symptoms. Chiropractic adjustments are effective because they help restore the healthy, normal function of your nervous system without the use of drugs or surgery.

Great service! I work in an office all day and came into this office with several shoulder and neck pain. Dr. Vikki took care of me and made me feel much better. I love the service at this office. I’ve been going to Family First Chiropractic for years and have my entire family going there as well. Besides the maintenance visits that have helped me throughout the years, it’s done wonders for my children. I’ve taken both my girls since they were six weeks old. A birth can be hard on a baby even with them being so flexible. Dr. Jordan treats our whole family and what a great experience we've had. I have a complex connective tissue disorder and she works with me at each stage of the recovery process, adjusting the treatment plan and combining chiropractic with acupuncture for optimal pain relief and movement. I probably wouldn't be walking much without her.

Accidents are generally thought of as a bad thing but not true when it comes to Family First Chiropractor in Charlotte. Yes I became a patient of FFC as a result of being in an accident. Totally skeptical about seeing a chiropractor for treatment in lieu of medications that serve as a short term bandage . I scheduled my appointment. I was wonderfully greeted by Vicky C. , the office manager. Vicky was very informative as to what I could expect for/ from my care with Dr Vicky and her team. Dr. Vicki and all the staff at Family First are so helpful and welcoming! I've had both acupuncture and chiropractic services at the office, and have seen great results for allergies/headaches and sciatic nerve pain. The pricing structure is transparent, and they've worked with my insurance for covered services. Dr. Vicki is very informative and knowledgeable and shares treatment or product recommendations without the "sales-y" feel of many offices.
