07/31/17 - Thank you, Ruben and Andrea! A&R came highly recommended to me through a friend, and I was not disappointed. Ruben was very prompt, professional, and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problems and fixed them the same day. He took the time to explain the repairs to me, and he even spoke to my warranty company that had previously denied my claim - and now I am getting compensated for the repairs.

Ruben came out to my home after my coil was freezing up. I was thinking the worst since the unit is already 15+ years old. Turns out it was just a bad connection at the capacitor 🤦♂️. I was amazed, any other company would of sold me a replacement unit costing me thousands! I appreciate your honesty! Thank you!

I called A&R HVAC to do my annual air conditioner check. I was impressed with Andrea who was patient with me when I had to reschedule. When Ruben came out, he was polite and professional. He did the most thorough job. Actually, I have never had such comprehensive inspection before by any company. I will definitely call them again as needed. Highly recommend!
