Complete waste of money. Bouquet delivered to my mother looks NOTHING like what was advertised online. Unfortunately for me I didn't see any of the other reviews until after I'd already placed my order. Stay away from this fraudulent florist!

A zero star experience. Ordered online. Spoke with them about order. My mom never received her birthday flowers. I receive no call from the company as to why. My mom receives no messages either.


Speak with this company the next day and am screamed at by a sarcastic raging man who tells
Me it's my fault that the guard gate wouldn't let him in. He never bothered to call my mom or me and just kept repeating that the guard gate wouldn't let him in. Blamed me for the whole thing. Boynton beach is all gated communities. You'd think they would know how this works. He screamed

Completely Screwed. Spent 100 bucks on an arrangement that when they finally delivered it, a day late, it looked like absolute garbage. Wilted, blown out and a few broken stems. The vase and arrangement looked NOTHING like what was ordered. I requested a refund and was told no by some guy that just wanted me off the phone. They said they would send another as a replacement but that never happened. Turns out I thought I was ordering from The Boynton Beach Florist on Ocean Ave who are amazing but had mistakenly gone to this business's website instead.

In 2016 I went to Boynton Village Florist, picked out and paid for a sympathy arrangement with no issues.

Now in 2019 I needed another sympathy arrangement. I checked the Web site to ensure they have the same one as before and they do, although it was $5 more which was fine.

I showed up to the proper address and couldn't find the store. I walked all over the strip mall looking for it, thinking they had moved. There's a sign which says "Florist" on the board as you enter the area, and the Web site said I was in the right location but it was now a pharmacy.

Sent flowers to my mom for her birthday and after spending $70, the arrangement she received looked nothing like what I ordered. I ordered the "Sunny Day" sunflower arrangement with a yellow pitcher vase and what she received was entirely different. The arrangement was far more green than yellow, unlike the photo, and they came in a completely different colored vase that was not a pitcher. When I called, the woman on the phone was rude and unapologetic, insisting that what I received was "better quality" than what I ordered. Great, but I would have preferred to have received

I placed an online order for my mom's birthday! What I ordered was not even close to what was received, and when I called I was told, "Oh, we don't have that. We can't get that. I should have called, but I wasn't here.". They offered to pick up the arrangement and make something else, but again it was a gift and why take it back to make something else that was not what I ordered. I let her know I would not ever order from them again and she said okay, fine. Terrible customer service, and NEVER AGAIN!!!

I had forgot to order flowers for a friends funeral service the next morning so I placed my order after hours on their website. I had requested the arrangement be delivered the next morning by 10:00 a.m. By the time I arrived at the church, there they were. Absolutely beautiful! Actually more beautiful than the picture on their site. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

These people are just plain rude and will downright take your money and never deliver the flowers. When you call to find out where your special mothers day order is and why did my mother have her mothers day gift ruined by never showing up. The employees and owner meet you with hostility and rudeness and anger. They are the worst kind of small business. Don't loose your money!! Order someplace else.

I just spoke to a women stating she was the owner of this floral shop. She was so unbelievable rude. I have been in customer service for over 15years and I have NEVER experienced someone so rude and nasty before in my life. I will be sure to let EVERYONE I KNOW and (I know a lot of people in Boynton beach). and then some to NEVER do business with your company. She wouldn't even listen to me. The flowers that were sent to my mother were absolutely appalling. Substitution or no substitution they should have never left the shop. I can't even believe you are still in business with a witch

Horrible service and rude over the top. The flowers died in three days. They were not willing to do a replacement of similar value. I would never recommend this florist ever to anyone. And giving one star is way to generous.

I should have checked here first...

I ordered flowers on Thursday to be delivered to my wife's office on Friday. I got a voice mail at 5:48pm on Friday stating that they didn't realize it was a business and will redeliver on Saturday. I'm not sure how they missed the Business Name on the address I provided.

I called to let them know that my wife doesn't work on Saturdays and to request that they send a fresh arrangement on Monday. But it was past 6pm at this point and there was no answer. No Voice mail either. I emailed them. It bounced back to me stating that their

Ordered flowers for my mother's 70th birthday, got an email confirmation for the same day delivery, and then they never delivered the flowers!!!
It's not like a 70th birthday comes around too often...
When I spoke with the shop, the woman snapped at me, saying, "What do you want me to do about it?"
Are you kidding me?
Seriously?

I am calling my bank to reverse the charges, and then filing a claim with the BBB.

Someone should notify the local papers - I know I am going to.

It would be great to see an article letting people know the truth about this place!

This florist is just awful. They charged me $10.00 for the delivery fee. Two hours later, they called the local number I provided to them and said, "You can come pick up your flowers." I called them to complain. Why would they charge me $10.00 for delivery if they didn't delivery the flowers? The owner said she would sue me. Please avoid this florist at all costs. They lie and pad their charges just to make more money without providing the services they agreed to.

Avoid them at all costs. The flowers were delivered late. The person receiving the flowers had to wait several hours for the delivery to arrive, then the flower arrangement was pitiful for the amount that was paid. Trying to resolve the issue by phone, the owner could not be reached and the salesperson rudely said the owner would not be interested in returning the call.

The WORST!!!I I ordered through Teleflora for Mother's Day, to be delivered on the Thursday before. NO delivery and yet a confirmation of delivery. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE... some man named BOB. Didn't care, wanted to "look" to confirm delivery on Saturday night, when would that help....everyone in the florist incompetent, couldn't help, didn't care. I want to tell as many people as possible how horrible this florist is. 1 star is even being generous. This florist is AWFUL! They sent over a vase of flowers that looked NOTHING like the picture on the website. It looked like a kid who is 13 put it together. I emailed them with the picture of what they sent over vs what they show on their website and NO response. It was the biggest waste of $75. DO NOT USE THEM! Go to 1800flowers where you know you will get what you ordered.

DISGRACEFUL!!! Did not deliver during the promised time frame, for which they did not apologize or offer to remedy the situation. When I asked to cancel the order, I was hung up on. I do not live in FL and do not know this shop personally, but any business that is so blatantly disrespectful to a client is not one I would recommend spending money in. Beware!!!

Very Accommodating. I had sent flowers to a friend's family who lives in the area, This Florist was very accommodating to my wishes in creating the floral arrangement. And very reasonable with the price.
