There’s better dentist offices in 3rd world countries! This place is so unprofessional. I’ve been going here since I was young, I’m 24 now and I’ve had nothing but problems! TWICE they’ve refused to do surgeries they’ve scheduled and set up on me. Both times, I’ve gone all they way over to the office for them to make excuses and turn me away both times. Just recently I had a surgery appointment with them, they called me multiple times in the week prior, talked to me, and when I went down there, they had a problem with my exposure to COVID. Best dentist and orthodontist we have ever been seen by. My husband, my kids and myself travel over an hour to get to the office to see them. The travel time is well worth the great customer service and the caring attention you get from the doctors. Office staff is great too. Everyone is very friendly and kind.

My family has been attending this dental office for several years and the customer service has never changed. Communication is made easy because of the friendly and always willing to help staff. I have never faced any issues whether it be scheduling appointments or payments. I highly recommend this dental office for anyone living in Chino Hills or surrounding cities. I have gone to California dentistry and braces with Dr.lee for Over 20 years. My children and my husband and I continue to go to California dentistry braces. I have three children two have had braces and had great results and my third child it's just got hers put on. Dr.lee and the staff are very friendly and caring people. I also know Dr.lee has done charity work in other countries. He supports his community and he is a great dentist I highly recommend this dentistry.

Our entire family has been seeing Dr. Lee since he took over the practice from the previous dentist and that was 20+ years ago. He is a wonderful dentist and a great human being. I never had any trouble with my kids or husband when I announced it was time for a check up. He has done everything from simple cleanings to crowns to root canals for all of us and we all highly recommend him.

Dr. Lee and his staff have been wonderful to my entire family. They provide exceptional customer service and go above and beyond to exceed expectation. My children did express some fear at the thought of going to the dentist, but with the staff and Dr. Lee’s friendliness and kindness, my kids immediately felt comfortable and at ease. They always look forward to their dental visits. We truly recommend California Dentistry and Braces!!

My family has been coming here since 1990 for everything including checkups, whitening, deep cleaning, and my sons wisdom teeth extractions. They treat us like family and are very gentle, caring, compassionate, and accommodating to our needs. They send each of us an appointment reminder card when its time to schedule, so its easy to remember. Love that! We have never had a bad experience and I highly recommend them. I used to dislike going to the dentist before I switched to California Dentistry & Braces. Since I started going, I go every 6 months and have them whitening my teeth too! I actually like going to the dentist and all the staff are very friendly and inviting, helping me feel comfortable. I can honestly say that people should not be afraid of going to the dentist because California Dentistry & Braces' staff make the experience easy, quick and provide a few laughs as well.
