Breanne Walsh has been working in the fitness industry for 20 years. She purchased EverBody's in 2010. A Tell City native, she returned home after managing fitness and related facilities Cincinnati, OH, Indianapolis, IN, Atlanta, GA, and Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Her experience has served corporate wellness, hospital-based wellness, private health clubs, and the non-profit sector.
Breanne has a degree from Purdue University in Nutrition, Fitness, and Health as well as several nationally recognized certifications in Personal Training and Group Exercise through the American Council on Exercise and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She works with all ages and abilities. Over twenty-five years of experience in the fitness industry and a passion for wellness makes her an ideal choice to help you achieve your goals.
Experience: My name is Brittany Busse, and I have been around running all my life; I ran in elementary, junior high, high school, and had received a scholarship to run in college all four years. Today, I run for the Fleet Feet Racing Team in Louisville. I have helped coach adults, junior high, and high school athletes.
Now more than ever, we are being overloaded with information and it can be draining. Technology offers incredible benefits but can easily become addictive. According to a Global Mobile Consumer Survey, adults check their phones an average of 52 times per day. Overusing technology may lead to an inability to concentrate, memory struggles, loss of social skills and issues related to anxiety, boredom and sleep disruption.
Tabata will work your muscles as well as your heart and lungs in this 30 minute, 2 days per week class for 8 weeks. With two classes to fit any fitness level, strength teaches you the fundamentals of weight training in a fun and energetic class format. 8 week program.
With 12 weeks of programming lead by a Certified running coach, group runs, goodie bag and technical fabric shirt, this program will have you running your hometown Half Marathon with your best time yet!

I've been a member of this gym through my place of work for the past 3 years. It's a 2 story gym with plenty of equipment for pretty much any type of exercise you want to do. They also host a pretty broad schedule of classes across all age groups as well. They have an inside basketball court and squash court as well. They also have a sauna in each of the men/women bathrooms and a licensed masseuse on hand during the week. They also help host quite a few local relays throughout the year to raise awareness for different causes. It's just an overall good gym. Like most gyms, they're open at all hours
