Max Health really helped me out when my lower back spammed recently. They were able to see me on the day I called. Dr. Thomas' adjustment relieved my pain almost instantly and after just a few visits I was well on my way to recovery. The staff is friendly and professional and the office is clean and modern.

Absolutely wonderful! I will never go to another chiropractor! From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile and welcomed by the reception team. Actually their entire team is kind, friendly and gracious. We only see Dr. Warner, as he’s our favorite. We started out with a simple adjustment and have made it more of a weekly or biweekly visit by choice. My teenage son looks forward to his visits. I would highly recommend.

My Family and I were in a pretty crazy car Accident in April and our Attorney referred us to Max Health, since the moment we stepped in to their facility they have been so accommodating and kind to us!!! We have missed some of our appointments, have been late in some occasions, and they have Just been AMAZING!!! Shout out to Jill, Freddy, Kyle, Steve, Erin,Maribell, Dr Tim, Dr Adam!! Have visited Max Health on and off over the last 18 months and I have NEVER had a bad experience. Massage therapists listen to your concerns and provide OED for whatever ails you and the chiropractic adjustments knock everything back where it should be. The staff is professional, courteous, and friendly. I highly recommend the Eastern Avenue location.

If you need a real chiropractor don't go there. I went with a really bad back pain I can barely walk and I received a very bad advice from the female doctor. I had to ask them to take an X-ray and when I asked her to give me her diagnosis she said " don't worry about it just take care of your pain " very unprofessional. I will not go back. If you need a massage I would recommend them but not for any chiropractor needs.

Recently, my co-worker went to MaxHealth and told me it was life-changing and our insurance covers it! Not going to lie, I was skeptical of going to a Chiropractor but after going to MaxHealth, my thoughts have forever changed. I received a Sports Massage with Trigger Point Therapy and a readjustment. The massage was delightfully painful. What I mean to say is the massage therapist actually took the time to get all of the kinks and knots out of my body. It doesn't feel great during the process but the next day, I felt like a new human. They are professional, clean and care about your needs

I was skeptical with getting a massage and an adjustment, I just never have had it done. After deciding to do this for the first time, I have now been back for a second visit. Both visits were great it definitely helped relieve minor pain on my lower back. The employees have all been kind and helpful. I will continue to use Max Health.

I find it crazy that I can give a place 1 star and not even step a foot in the place. Maybe that place is great once you get there. After checking there website to make sure they took my insurance, I called the eastern location to try to set up an appointment as a first time patient. No one answered, so I left a message. After a few hours no one called me back so I tried again. No answer. I waited 30 min and tried again. This time I get someone. Awesome, my back is killing me and I just want to get this set up so I can get some help.

Very confusing information. I just called the office (1:45pm) and spoke with a receptionist to verify if they accepted my insurance, CIGNA. She stated no, but they have cash pricing available. Yeah, no thanks, I prefer to use insurance. Then I take a look online and it states that they DO accept CIGNA...which one is it? Terrible customer service.

I've been a patient for a couple years now and they have helped me immensely. I've dealt with herniated discs as well as other issues that have been treated and corrected.
I find that the therapeutic massage that I get before my chiropractic adjustment to be super helpful. All of the therapists and doctors listen to what's going on and help solve the pain I've been in. I'll be a long time patient and referrer of their services.

Amazing staff, always a great experience. I go once a week. I'm so glad my insurance covered 15 visits a year. I always go see Dillon, he gets the job done! The Chiropractors Kelly and Adam are amazing as well. Always take the time to adjust my back and neck properly and take their time even when they are completely busy. The KT tape has saved my life. I always try to get my back taped up so when I work I keep my posture straight.
