Dr. Michael Warner's father, Dr. James E. Warner, opened our office in 1951 on Main Street in Mechanicsburg. Dr. Warner joined his father's practice upon graduating in 1982 from National College of Chiropractic. They outgrew their space in 1996 and moved to their current location on East Trindle Road.
When you give us a call, we will likely ask for your insurance information in order to look up your insurance benefits ahead of time. If you do not have insurance, we would be happy to discuss our self-pay rates over the phone with you. We utilize electronic kiosks in order to limit the amount of paperwork you need to fill out.
A chiropractic adjustment is the minor movement of a joint in the spine performed by a slight pressure of the chiropractor's hands or by an instrument. The goal of an adjustment is to establish motion in an area that is not moving well. This restricted motion can occur for a number of reasons ranging from normal daily activity to trauma, such as a car accident.
Typically, your physical will take between 20-30 minutes. If you have any underlying health conditions that requires the doctor to read through your medical records, the appointment may be longer. DOT physicals may certify a driver for a maximum of two years. Some health conditions that need monitoring, such as hypertension and diabetes, may lead to a shorter certifying time frame.
Therapeutic exercise consists of movements that can be beneficial in increasing strength or range of motion in a specific region of the body. Our team utilizes exercises that can help you recover more quickly and decrease the likelihood of re-injury. Our doctors use rehabilitative exercise techniques from Mckenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, Neurodynamics, and much more!

So happy I found this chiropractor. My mom absolutely loves coming here. She loves Dr.Heck and the entire staff members. Everyone here are so friendly and makes you feel welcomed. Dr. Heck is great at what he does. I also wanted to add that Dr. Warner is also incredible and so sweet! He filled in for Dr. Heck while he was sick and he did such an amazing job treating my mom. I’ve never met such kind hearted doctors. Highly recommend this Chiropractic Center.

I am so overjoyed that I found Dr Heck and the rest of the wonderful staff at Warner Chiropractic Care. My first initial call was answered with an almost immediate appointment which was amazing to hear considering that I was in much pain. I was then met by a very welcoming staff and a very clean lobby. Dr Warner one of the best. Helped me with an inflamed shoulder. Could not lift arm above my shoulder. He and his staff got me back in action. I was going to another chiropractor. That person only worked on the part of the body that needs worked on. Dr Warner works on entire body to get you in alignment....

We are so grateful for Warner Chiropractic and Dr. Warner. We were referred by friends a couple of years ago after our first son never grew out of his “colic”. Turns out he had multiple food intolerances. After eliminating those from our diet, it was amazing- like we had a new baby. When our second son was born, and showing similar symptoms as our first, we called Dr. Warner right away.
