I worked with David on purchasing my first home and working with him was nothing short of spectacular. David was actually the sellers agent but I felt confident in working with him after the first showing so I didn't even get another realtor involved. All of my concerns were handled by David in a respectable and timely manner with considerations given to both me and the seller. We were able to close on time after all repairs were completed and the process couldn't have been easier. I lived about a hour from the home I was purchasing and Davids office but he was always accommodating with my travel
