Steven was my technician. when he came here he explained to us exactly what he was going to do and the steps he was going to take. When I first called, Sabrina took my info and assured me my issue would be resolved. She was very friendly and helpful. Phil who is the owner, also assured me that they would be able to help us. I had renters in my place they call and said they were getting bitten.peat control of Naples (actually Stephen) came the same day. He was able to let me know what was going on and take care of it immediately. I wouldn't use anyone else but them. They also checked back and came out again to spray again to just make sure. Awesome honest company.
