The Vallencourt Construction team has provided quality service on a wide variety of site construction projects for over 70 years. We blend a lifetime of experience, a highly trained and motivated work force, and the finest construction machinery available to create a greater value for our clients' construction dollars than any other heavy construction company in the region is able - or willing - to do.
Delivering on our promises has always been our trademark. Since the very beginning, we have treated this idea as a special assignment from the top of our family-owned business that filters down through our entire work force. From our project managers and office staff to our field personnel, leadership makes sure each and every employee knows our mission.

Services
The team at Vallencourt Construction works hard to offer site construction services that are estimated accurately and completed on time. Clearing land is often the first step in any development project. Our team focuses on making sure the site is free from existing organic material, which can jeopardize the structural integrity of the project.
We, at Vallencourt Construction, believe in making a positive impact in the communities where we live and work. In 2006, the Vallencourt family established a permanent endowment to create the F.E. and Barbara Vallencourt Scholarship. Each spring, members of the Junior Class are invited to apply for consideration as a Vallencourt recipient.
Vallencourt Construction provides land clearing and preparation services for a wide range of development projects. Clearing a construction site is the process of removing trees, bushes, and even surface soil to prepare the land for a development project.
While it might seem like clearing a site is a fairly straightforward job, it's important to follow a process that has been designed to set up the site properly for the rest of the project and to make sure crews are able to work safely. The Vallencourt Construction team has the experience and training to prepare your construction site for a successful project from the first weed to the final stump.

Vallencourt Construction uses excavation and stabilization techniques to shape your site from undeveloped land to a completed project. Earth work is more than just digging holes. There are many steps that must be taken before the first shovel of dirt is removed. Careful planning and a strong understanding of the land allows us to maintain and improve the structural stability of the site and the rest of the project.
Vallencourt Construction installs drainage systems that safely and efficiently divert water from sites and roadways. Properly installed storm drains are key in keeping developed property safe and damage free, especially here in the Southeast where we have seasons with heavy rain. Vallencourt's experienced team has worked on sites that have required diverting from small to large quantities of water.

The future of North Florida construction is this company! It's quite exciting to see them expanding in my small hometown Green Cove Springs. New job opportunity and facilities in the area will be a major contribution to local economics for this community that I can only hope people can appreciate and support.
