Edit: the tech guy called me back. (good thing I had his cell number on my phone), and he came back to "fix" again what was wrong. As of this update it is still working. But he said I need to replace both openers because they're so old. (he only looked and fixed one of the openers).
so far a zero rating. the man showed up to fix my garage door. It wouldn't open or close. Not even one hour later it's not opening or closing.
