I ordered a goodie basket for my sister's bday. While the basket was pretty full with stuff it totally lacked in presentation. I do believe I could have done what she received even with zero design experience. But I give them credit for the fact it was at least "full" and the delivery was handled well.

Hopefully this is the correct Le Fleur, but just in case u need to verify I still have the order number, my son is currently stationed in Guam and last year he sent me flowers and a balloon for my birthday. This year it was an edible arrangement but I had to post about last year balloon because I still have it! Of course the flowers are long gone but this balloon looks like I just got it yesterday and my bday is Nov 8 so I have had it over a year now. Thank u guys for a great job and a long lasting balloon which is something I love! The balloon on the bottom is the one from last year.

Was not happy with the service I received today. I began trying to place an order at 7:50am when I first spoke with the owner carol. She ask me to call back in a hour and agreed to take care of me. I called back in a hour. No answer. Waited till another hour had past called back. She ask me to hold she was giving someone directions to her shop. After being on hold she came back to ask me to let her call me back. I waited 30 mins later she called back. By this time it’s 11:45am. She asked me when I needed the order delivered by and I explained it needed to be delivered by 2 PM she advised me that
