I was born in the panhandle of Texas where I lived for the first eight years of my life. Our family moved to Shafter, Ca. after my Dad took a job in Bakersfield, Ca. I have resided in Shafter ever since. I love the small community feeling and we are so centrally located. We can be in Los Angeles in two hours, the central coast in two hours and San Francisco in four hours.
For the last 24 years, we have depended on Groves Insurance Services for our personal and business insurance needs. Selita has consistently provided personal, knowledgeable solutions to any insurance problems we have encountered over the years. This business needs to re-evaluate it's business hours. I contacted the agency about making a payment at the office (prior to coming in) They said I could. I show up a little before to 9am (according to their business hours on google) and no one is here. I figured I would wait a little longer. 10 minutes pass. 15 minutes pass. 30 minutes pass and still nothing. So unprofessional and inconsiderate of their clients.
