Scheduled to clean tile and grout in shower. Quoted $89 minimum with $1.75 per ft sq for tile and grout with seal.
Appointment was confirmed around noon the day before. Then at 5pm they call and state they do not provide tile and grout cleaning.
It says they do in at least three places on their web site and they scheduled the service.
They even have a coupon!
Just not reliable and cannot recommend.

I had a very positive experience. I was fully informed on options and given great advice. I had water on my basement carpet, that I got dried up. But the technician was very conscientious about my safety and let me know what to do if I had any concerns of mold in the padding. Definitely a great company with all natural products!!

I used this company as I had received a coupon in the mail. I thought MAYBE their INNOVATIVE way of cleaning carpets was much better than the old steam cleaning way. WRONG! The young man that came was on time, courteous and walked around with me as I showed him areas of concern, like where my dog lays leaving oil, and the couple walk areas. Never suggested to do a pre treat to get those areas clean, so I thought he felt it was no problem. Let me begin with I vacuum almost every day, have a dog that goes in and out of the walkout basement and his feet are wiped if wet, dirty, messy. We live in

Just want to start by saying this review in no way reflects on Jacob, our carpet cleaner. He arrived on time, got right to work and was courteous and professional. My problem is the with the results. We paid close to $450 for our empty basement and still have a pet odor problem. The carpet also took close to 5 days to dry. I have not received any follow up to my calls so I am left to assume that I have no recourse but to hire someone else

We have been using Ace Chem dry since 2010 and never had a problem until today. When I set my appointment up I was told that I could use the special 3 rooms for $136 with the hallway being included. I made sure to mention the high traffic areas and when they came to do the carpets they started with the master bedroom and spare bedroom. They wanted to charge nearly $200 because of the hallway. I received a call from Terry who pulled the call from when I made the appointment stating that I was correct and they were giving a price adjustment of $25. Thanks for that but I'm not happy. Our home needed rescuing from our newly adopted dog. Teri got us on the schedule within days of my phone call. Kyle was super friendly, professional, prompt and thorough. He listened to everything on my wish and news list to be cleaned and helped me select services that fit our budget. They are the only carpet cleaning service we use!
