I booked Amoskeag Airport Service to transport my husband from Manchester Airport. Their dispatcher, Gerry, was great! He answered all my questions, provided details regarding pricing, gratuity, pick-up location, cancellation policy, etc. Their pricing is competitive. I felt we were in good hands! My husband concurred (said it was "Class A service). The car was immaculate and smooth riding and Doug, the driver, was friendly and professional. We'll be using them again in a month or so.... no hesitation!

We used Amoskeag for the first time on a recent trip and they were great. Even when our travel plans changed and our group got split into different flights, they were able to accommodate us and get us all home safely in a timely manner. I wouldn't trust my family with someone who can't obey simple traffic laws. I was parked in front of the school when this driver pulls up and parks in a no parking zone. When I advised him he was parked illegally he became rude and said that I was using my cell while driving. Umm..right. Then he puts his hand up to his head like a gun and says "you're dead". I told him I was calling the police, and a cruiser happened to be driving up, HE MOVED HIS CAR! He knew he was wrong, but thought he could bully his way around it, like the laws don't apply to him.

Over 5 years as a customer with well over 60 pick ups & drop offs. No issues that don't occur with any Livery service I've used in 25+ of extensive business travel. On the flip side, more times than I can count have gone above & beyond the norm. When I've had flights repeatedly canceled or delayed, when I'VE made a mistake on the booking time - you name it, it's happened - they've come through.

If you want to be left stranded at the airport, call this company immediately !
I had a paid in full reservation made 10 days earlier including a 20% gratuity. When the flight was delayed from a 10:00pm to 11:15 pm arrival, I called to keep the driver informed. Corey the dispatcher cancelled without any confirmed alternative for a ride.

We have used Amoskeag for over 10 years - always with great service - just yesterday my elderly parents had booked a ride from Boston to Manchester and while awaiting for their plane out of NYC they received a call from Amoskeag saying sorry we can't pick you up anymore because their flight was delayed (this was 2 hours before they were due to arrive) - basically leaving them stranded in Boston at 11:30pm! We called Royal they were happy to help. Thank you Royal Airport service for putting the customer first!

Failed to pick me up after confirming my flight, left me stranded at the airport at 2:30am and then argued with me when I called to ask where they were. Then the owner Jerry called me back the next day to harass me, not to apologize, but to argue that my flight landed at 12:30. My flight took off at 12:30 from Chicago! It landed at 2:30 and they got it wrong so instead of saying sorry they relentlessly argued. Strangest, most unreliable, rude and unsafe experience I've ever had with a car service.

Called in to pick me up and brought me to a motel . The cab arrives after 5 minutes just like the person that answers the phone said. Very on time and came to find out when i got to the motel my phone fell at the cab and soon as i called them, the cab driver already reported that i left my phone in his cab. The cab driver was so kind to bring my phone back to the hotel . I am very pleased with the whole experience and very thankful that even my morning isn't the best at least there are still people that are very kind in this world. I have always had great service from Amoskeag for rides to Manchester and Logan Airports. We've been using them for 4-6 trips per year for the past three years. The price is very reasonable, the drivers professional and friendly, the cars clean and comfortable. The drivers arrive 15 minutes early in most cases and have NEVER let us down or left us stranded. Highly recommend their service.

My plans changed at the last minute and I needed a ride home from MHT at 1:30am. Having used Amoskeag in the past, I found them on line and made a reservation. I was required to enter my credit card and then received a confirmation number. Almost immediately, I then received a confirmation email. Perfect! I was referred to Amoskeag Airport Service for transportation to the Boston airport. I booked the service for pick up on 3/18 at 9:30 am. I also booked the return service for 3/21.
Prior to 3/18, I contacted the Company and asked how they receive payment, and I also cancelled the return service for 3/21. I was dropped off at the Boston airport on 3/18. At this time, I signed a credit card receipt for $93, and gave the driver a $20 tip.

This service is top notch! The driver was early and extremely polite and helpful. I just used this service on September 24th to Manch airport. In addition, I used this service 2 and 3 years ago for my last vacations . I am very satisfied with this company. The cars are clean, the price is very reasonable and I feel safe. I was walking on Hanover street on March 24th 2015 almost ran over me at 6.30 am. The car was a gold Grand marquie plate blkcar1. I yelled at the driver. He responded with a nice FU! I called them and they said it was one of their cars, so I called and asked for Gerry the owner to call me. He never did! So I called Manchester PD and filed a compliant.

We had a 10 am pickup from our house and when 10 came, my dad called to check the eta of the car... And we got jerry "the owner". After telling my dad the pickup was 10:30 ( my dad confirmed twice it was 10) he started swearing at my dad. When I got on the phone he started swearing at me then hung up. When I called from my phone it took 2 mins of ringing for Jerry to even answer the phone. Then he tells me he CANCELLED our car! Leaving us high and dry.... DO NOT USE! JERRY IS A JOKE! If he is the owner he is kidding himself with his crappy attitude.

Best rate around, we have using Gerry and is team for 10 years! Sure there have been slight mix ups but that can happen with the most expensive service. On several occasions I have been delayed two plus hours due to the airlines inability keep their planes maintained properly and Amoskeg always has someone waiting on me.

1. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIFIC, NAY, NON-EXISTANT:
Being told "yeah, you are too far removed from the situation to make this reservation" is never acceptable to tell the customer paying for the ride. Also, being told "you cannot guarantee that his flight is arriving at that time" is something NO ONE can guarante, sir. Planes crash in perfect weather and riders could have heart attacks on the planes before arriving.You are in the business of possible delays so this is NOT a valid excuse.
2. THEY DO NOT RESPECT
