I started my journey of discovering acupuncture by being a patient. After a year + of treatments and results I could not resolve with western standardized treatments, I realized this was special. Being a part of a medical community that looks at the individual as a whole, and treats as such was something I wanted to be a part of.

Incredible relief. I can't thank Katrina enough for introducing me to Holistic health within her acupuncture and cupping treatments. From a frozen shoulder and disabling lower back pains to finally feeling loose and stronger at the gym.

I have had comprehensive and thorough examinations and treatments here and would highly recommend this practice. Dr Haley is intuitive, effective and takes her time to understand and treat the root cause of my symptoms. I've turned to acupuncture for preventative health care, if I start to feel a cold coming on and she has also helped me with acute and chronic muscle pain, headaches and hormonal balance. I cannot recommend her enough.

I started working with Dr. Haley when I was experiencing chest pain. What I thought was a lung issue was actually anxiety. Through acupuncture and cupping, she alleviated the pain; and got me off daily meds. She’s been great at explaining how the body works in order to help me help myself going forward. I have done acupuncture and cupping with katrina many times. Cupping is amazing when I get back pain. It immediately relieves it. I’ve done acupuncture for baby positioning while pregnant and both babies came out in perfect position. Also did to relieve random aches and pains. Katrina always takes it easy on me with needles and my anxiety about them 😂. (They don’t hurt at all it’s in my head!!)
