Trudy is such a sweetheart! I've been on the search for a new Wax lady and for a person in my area. While I was searching on Yelp and reading reviews. I realized Trudy was pretty close to me and had some good reviews. I found her late at night and noticed I was only able to email her for the contact. I emailed her that night and received an email response and text which I had included as a form of response. She replied quick and got me in asap!
Her location is about 2 minutes away from Rocky beach if you're familiar with the Alki beach neighborhood

Great place! Trudy is very personable, and gentle. She'll rip off all of your hair in the best way. You won't even cry...
I tried to make an appointment online, but couldn't find an appointment that fit my schedule so I left a message asking about availability. She called me back right away and fit me in right away! Great service.

This place was a great substitute for when my regular lady is unavailable.
I had a brow wax and upper lip, was just a bit more than I pay at the current spa I go to but not enough to make a issue.
Her location seems to have moved recently to Beach Drive, which was beautiful.
I did have to wait 15 min for my appointment while she was with someone else.
We chatted small talk, she made me feel comfortable and like I said, I will likely go back when I need a fill in for my regular girl.

Trudy is the best! I'm not kidding! Thorough! Efficient! Professional! Funny! Relaxed! And reasonable! I'm a major fan of her and will continue to get my waxes done here as long as I'm in Seattle!

Trudy at Envy on Alki was the first to give me a Brazilian (or any waxing below the neck, for that matter) and am I ever glad she was. She is the perfect person for the job, she is professional, fast, incredibly skilled and she is great at distracting you from the task at hand. The actual space is adorable and makes me feel so welcome, it is everything you want in a waxing salon - private, clean, warm, cute. I was a bit concerned about parking (it's street parking only), but I've always found a spot close by. I've had a great experience at Envy on Alki and will continue to go back

I bought a Living Social Deal a while back for a year's worth of waxes and I'm really glad I took the chance.
She's super easy to make an appointment with, she has you in and out in minutes, and we carry on a conversation for the entire time I'm there.
Besides, nothing beats the drive down through Alki for some of your waxing needs.

10 out of 10 would go again. This was my first Brazilian wax. I was terrified, but it was super fast and she warned me when the most painful moments were going to happen, which I was very thankful for. She also told me exactly how to care for my skin afterwards. It wasn't nearly as bad as I expected, and I booked an appointment to see her again in 4 weeks!

The salon is so aesthetically pleasing! Its location is right in the middle of an area of Seattle that I've never been in before and it's so beautiful. Everything about this salon was so delightful. From the black and white motif to the fresh & clean smell in there, this salon was truly one of the best that I've ever been to.
Trudy gave me a Brazilian wax and she was definitely the best that I've ever had. There's something about her that makes me feel as if I've known her for so long. I was definitely hesitant to get a waxed

Trudy was great. She was welcoming and patient (I was about 15 minutes late). The place was easy to find, and I was surprised to find a street parking spot right out front. The wax was, of course, painful but that was expected. 4 weeks later I have minimal hair growth, meaning she pulled hair from the roots instead of breaking it. I'll be back next time I'm in the area. Regular wax prices are a bit higher than what I'd like to pay, but makes sense given her location, experience and supporting local business.

Trudy is fantastic! She has such a friendly and welcoming demeanor, and she makes you feel extremely at ease during...well...not the most fun experience ever (oh Brazilians). The shop was adorable and scheduling was very easy.
