Terrible experience if you are bringing a child in. Dr Gascoin is terrible!
The dental hygienist barely said 2 words to us, did not speak to my child at all, just shoved tools in his mouth and began cleaning. We were so stunned I could barely say anything. My son was crying hysterically of course, because he was nervous to begin with and was now being violated. Immediately after the dentist walked in and did THE SAME THING. He didn’t even speak to us or my son, he just immediately shoved his hands in my son’s mouth. I cannot believe this man is a trained pediatric dentist.

Very disappointed and angry with the lack of compassion and care my child received at this location. I do NOT recommend taking your children here. It was my one year old's first dentist visit. We expected him to be nervous, but we didn't expect, both, the hygienist and the dentist to proceed to stick their fingers into our son's mouth while he was crying in terror... He was completely overwhelmed and they didn't give him a single moment to calm down. My wife and I were in the room, trying to stay positive, but everything happened so fast, we didn't have a moment to react and say "STOP!" This was

The front office lady is a complete unfit for the job. She is very rude and cannot use the words like 'Please, Thank you". Her nature is as if she is doing us a favor. Vey arrogant and the most worst front office rept I never met in my entire life so far. If you really want to keep up your office reputation, please change her. She made me wait 40 mins since she did not verified my information correctly and I have to call the insurance to fix it. I wont mind waiting or doing some extra calls to fix her mistakes but her behavior and the way she speaks makes anyone irritated. Most irritating person

Guy who cleaned my daughters teeth was nice, the Dentist was also nice. The lady in the front Desk is rude and dismissive. I had a question and she just dismissed me like nothing. Rude. I only came here because my insurance has a website and the only people listed is this place. Also there is no privacy in the rooms. Everything is open you look up and can see everything the other dentist is doing to the other patients. No privacy. Just for that lady in the front I will not come back I rather pay out of pocket. And by lady I mean the older lady not the one sitting next to her.

Went to see Dr. Huynh because I had some tooth pain. It turned out that it was fractured and instead of pulling it, Dr. Huynh saved my tooth by putting a crown on it. While in the process he also restored my implant. Now all my teeth are as good as new and it feels great! No more pain and I can finally chew normally!
Dr. Huynh is very knowledgeable and put me at ease during the whole procedure! Thank you Dr. Huynh and team for taking such great care of me!

First time visit. Phobic. Dr helped with the whole process, especially addressing my phobia. I was sweating and totally nervous but at the end of the visit, I felt more at ease, and felt confident that my dental needs can be addressed. totally great visit from front staff to clinical visit. The visit has no pressure. It was more of a consult visit, to determine my needs. They totally addressed my needs without any unwanted or unnecessary needs or pressure.
