Maybe you are experiencing a life change such as a divorce, loss of a loved one, or a recent lay-off. Maybe you are struggling with a substance abuse problem or addiction. Or, perhaps you are seeking out support in managing your depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, or lack of self confidence.
You do not have to navigate through these struggles alone. Here at Webster Counseling, you will find the support and guidance you need in a comfortable environment. Through our work together, you will develop new ways of coping while developing greater insight into yourself and your life. I respect each client's individual belief system, yet challenge them to explore new perspectives while building on their sense of self-efficacy.

Services
At Webster Marital & Family Counseling, our family counselor has a great deal of expertise working with couples and families who are experiencing marital problems. Sara believes that most people have the internal fortitude to help themselves, but there are times in life that everyone can benefit from a coach or mentor to assist them in getting back on track.
I understand how intimidating and scary it is to reach out for help for your addiction. While it can feel overwhelming to seek out support for substance abuse or addiction, it is an important and necessary first step towards gaining your life back. I have worked with hundreds of people of all ages, who have experienced the shame, guilt, and doubt that come along with substance abuse and chemical dependency.
When insurance companies are involved, their needs and procedures often become the driving force of the counseling (i.e. a limited number of sessions they will cover), rather than what is in the best interest of you, my client. However, I do recommend that you contact your insurance company in advance to inquire about their out-of-network coverage, as many insurance companies will reimburse you for counseling services.
