Back pain can arise from straining a muscle, playing sports, or from being in an accident.
While chiropractic promotes and maintains proper alignment of joints and surrounding tissues, massage therapy focuses on releasing tension from the muscles. These two therapies work together to help correct the ability of the nervous system to function properly, increase joint mobility and relieve muscle tension for both wellness and as treatment for pain and musculoskeletal conditions.

I went to this practice after my accident, for a few days a week for 2 months. The chiropractor is very professional and personable. The receptionists aren’t professional at all and act like immature high schoolers. Wouldn’t recommend based off of unnecessary pettiness from front desk staff.

The entire office staff is great. I’m almost sad to be going only once a month now! They’ll make you feel welcome and Dr Milliron takes his time with each patient and makes sure they’re comfortable with treatment and understand everything.

The office staff is awesome. They greet me with a smile every visit. Not one but all staff help each other to help me. This is rare. The chiropractor did not make me feel like I had more questions to be answered he was very informative. What's very important to me is I felt comfortable.
Thank you Inner Health Chiropractic for all that you do continue on with your greatness.

I started going to this clinic as part of my overall self care and wellbeing for the new year. With long hours of remote working and not having a more active lifestyle due to the pandemic, I have noticed more tension and strain around my neck, shoulders, and lower back. Dr. Taylor is amazing! I've received two adjustments so far after my x-ray, and I leave the clinic feeling really good. I'm going to try out their massage therapy, too.

Ok so I was in an accident and it wasn't my fault so to make a long story short only a few hours after I had inner health chiropractic sitting in the alley two houses down from mine waiting on me to come home. When they guy addressed me he asked who I choose to go to for my personal injury care, when I told him town and country chiropractic he showed me a post which was totally untrue. It said town and country was under investigation for insurance fraud but they are definitely not! Just because they have had business with KNR in the past they're being dragged thru the mud right along

Scheduled a 3PM appointment...first time patient. Waited until 3:45PM to be taken back to a room. No One Else was in the waiting room... No sign of a Doctor at 4PM. Walked out with all my paperwork. Is this really how you gain clientele? Seriously, just wrong. Looking elsewhere.

This is my second time seeing a chiropractor for my back/neck and this by far is a much better experience. From the front desk staff to the doctors everyone is super friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to keep your cost low while still providing good care. Also, they are so flexible with scheduling and don't get uptight if you miss an appointment.

First time ever going to a chiropractor. My father was a claims attorney for 45 years, and dealt with cases of fraudulent services every so often. He's always been super skeptical of "Crackers", so I've naturally developed the same inherent values. Needless to say, I've been on guard since being referred to Inner Health.

Originally, I was sent here because they do message therapy. I've had muscle problems for the last couple of months, due to painful tightening/constricting, so my insurance told my doctor this place would serve that purpose. Long story short, doing

I somehow injured my back coughing during an illness. I could not get out of bed properly, move easily, walk properly or even breath deeply without a stabbing pain.

My regular MD's protocol is generally to give me Tramadol or Flexeril. Sure, that kills the pain for 2-3 hours, it just makes me foggy and unable to do my job. Often, expensive X-Rays are tossed in for the fun of it, as well.

This time, I elected to take friends' advice and seek chiropractic help rather than going to the MD. It was a good decision. I received an evaluation and x-rays, and came back the next day to discuss
