I've been with The Winter Law Firm since 2011 when my late husband and I made our Trust's & our Will's. Bill Winter and his staff were very kind and made things clear for us to fully understand.
Then my husband died suddenly...The Winter Law Firm took me under their wing and made sure everything was going to be alright. They went to bat for me against my own family members who didn't like the fact I had a Trust made, they handled all paperwork having to deal with the courts, and if I was unable to handle something, they did it for me...no question's asked.
To this day, I'm still with The Winter

Dealing with aged parents is terrible. I can only imagine how much worse this situation would have been without the requisite legal documents provided by competent, authoritative and compassionate representation. Our family highly recommends Bill and his entire staff. If you have aging parents, don't delay. Schedule an apportionment now!. I

My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Bill Winter in preparing our trust documents. He was very thorough and carefully walked us through all aspects of the trust/will importance and understanding going forward. He is very organized and easy to follow when providing critical life and estate planning decisions. His rates are also very reasonable considering the importance of trust planning. I would strongly recommend utilizing his very important services.

I was a little leery of going to the trouble and expense of creating a trust for our family's assets. I figured we would be sold some one-size-fits-all document that would be easy for the law office but not really suit us at all. But after talking to Mr. Winter for just a few minutes, I relaxed because I knew that he really cared about our family's specific needs. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Winter Law Firm to anyone looking for a lawyer who actually LISTENS!

They say, hope for the best and prepare for the worst. That's why I went to see the Winter Law firm. Unfortunately for me, the worst happened. The people at the winter law firm are beyond amazing. Easy to work with, friendly and very competent. They helped me to transfer assets and more importantly protect my assets, all of which I have worked very hard. Even if you don't have a lot of money this is a very worthwhile endeavor. I recommend the Winter law firm for any form of estate planning hands down.
