This is by far the worst place to borrow from. Their interest rates are very high and they entice you to take out more loans so most of your monthly payments goes towards the sky high interest rates of around 400%. The older short lady is extremely rude and cusses on the phone if you question anything. Save yourself a lot of pain, aggravation and money and AVOID this LOANSHARK .

After doing a loan with them that I paid off early, I was told I was not allowed to do anymore because I supposedly used vulgarity to an employee which I didn't, and I don't make it a practice of doing that. I asked what was said and the owner refused to tell me but said he was going to believe the employee. What a great world - accuse someone of something but refuse to tell them what. Really? Very nasty people. I have a professional stalker in my life who has gone around to all the lending companies I do business with paying people under the table to stop doing business with me

Don't take a loan with this business its is a joke . I had 4 loans with this place . I got sick [ hospital sick] . they took me to court over $300.00 plus attorney fees. I was served at home to pay thru court system. What a joke this place is and the managers. Giant mistake to take a loan out with them. I'm in my mid 60's. F this place

First off let me tell you, SCOTT is one rude dude. I was late on my first payment due to me getting a new job and he calls me and leave a real rude voicemail. So I call back and explain the situation and he goes on and says “well this isn’t gonna end well and our attorney fee is 500” and hung the phone up in my face! Then I call back to clarify my new arrangements and he doesn’t answer one of his employees does. He is a terrible example of a manager and he definitely needs to work on his people skills!

These people are so so very nice and professional. They have helped me more than once and I'm grateful. I've spoken to most of the staff members and I feel the same. Robert ruins this business. He is very unprofessional, immature, very disrespectful of women, rude, argumentive with customers, and has a very I am King attitude. Stay away. This establishment is disgusting, dishonest, broke, unethical, harassing, and will go out of their way to call you back even if you hang up on them! I was placed on hold and a guy named Robert answered who is the most horrific human being that actually knows diddly squat about customer service, which makes sense why he works at this dump. They're in the business of collections, and bounty hunting. If you stand up for yourself They will change information in the system to red flag your account so you're unable to get a loan. I did give a bad review a while back. However, after some time, things got back on track and i paid off my loan. Things went well and i felt good about using their services again.
Interactions were professional, no harrasing calls, just the typical calls you get from any lender or collector. Messagas were professional and respectful. I have one more payment left on my loan and I'm pleased to say it was a pleasure dealing with Scott, Robert and Perla this time around.

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORSE!!! If your late they call and harass. The reps at the counters have attitude problems. Scott is the worse! He may seem tough over the phone, which I would easily beat him if it were face to face. I hired 2 lawyers last week to go over my documents because there are lending laws broken. I paid off my loan completely, but now it's pay back.
