Ability Therapy was founded in 2011 by a group of therapists in the Bay Area who are passionate about providing quality patient care at the home setting. Our focus has always been about building long lasting relationships with the patients we care for and the companies we serve. What motivates us to go the extra mile for each patient is our core belief that our work can truly make a difference in their lives.
Through the years, Ability Therapy has been able to expand its line of services from physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, nursing, and medical social work services. Our company began its operations with a specialization on home health medical services and per diem staffing to skilled nursing facilities.
Our company was founded by therapists much like yourselves, with the goal of creating a flexible and fun working environment. Our company culture prides itself in open communication, integrity and respect for one another.
