I want to say something nice about Larry Wallerstein, a commercial broker at JR Parrish. Besides being an experienced, no-nonsense, and no-pressure real estate professional, he turned out to be a brilliant strategist. He was able to work with some tricky aspects of our transaction which could have caused problems during negotiations. His background is in real estate law, and those skills really came through for us. He was always one step ahead in positioning us to our best advantage. But he never came across as a know-it-all, and he was very patient with all of our questions. All the while he maintained
