Our office, a physician in Chapel Hill, have used VIP Printing many times over the past 10 years for various projects. I have also used their shop for personal projects and have never been disappointed. Mark and his staff provide a quality product, in a timely manner for a reasonable price.

BEWARE! Find another print and signage vendor or use at your own risk. If you give them a try like we did, you might be disappointed - these people promise the moon and deliver NOTHING. Contracted with VIP Print and Sign for a special project in our office space. Met with Mark, the owner, and he made a good first impression. However, when it came time to deliver the goods, MONTHS later, he sends me an email telling me I'll need to find another source to complete my project. We've also sent multiple requests for a separate signage project, and they've not even had the courtesy to respond.

Mark is amazing! I own a small business in town, as does a friend of mine. We occasionally need copies of materials, and Mark was so happy to help us! He arranged a very cost effective price for us and even offered to have us send the material to him to be copied for that cost. The customer service here is the best.

I'm sad to leave a bad review. After multiple emails and making a point to stop by the shop regarding my inquiry, Mark responded once to my emails and then never responded again. I really wanted to support a nearby local business! Guess I'll have to look somewhere else since they are not responding to me.

Mark was super patient and worked with me until my jobs were finished at 5:15 - a time he would normally be on his way home already. He took it all in stride and was incredibly helpful and kind despite me infringing on his personal time. As always - top notch service!

I would use a better image in Durham if you can. This place wasn't helpful when I had questions about how they needed the file set up (which they said I had to do for a booklet, including creep, most professional printers do this internally and for good reason) and instead of working with me they just stopped responding to my calls and emails. I guess they have plenty of business, and they don't have to take it from people that ask questions.

I take a review like this very seriously and have rarely submitted a review like this. Mark was subcontracted to wrap two of my vehicles. These vehicles are integral to my business. The first one was done very well - no issues. We made an appointment for the second vehicle with Mark when he dropped the first vehicle off at our home. The day before the appointment, I reached out to Mark regarding the logistics of getting the van to him since we had not heard from him. At that time, he informed us that he could not do the wrap. Mark Cash runs a first class printing business. When his Dad ran the business, I took most of my printing and sign needs there. Mark has taken over and I'm glad to see the the service has not declined. They are great with design and so helpful. When I can't make a decision on my own about colors, sizes, etc. they always have a solution .They are in the process of doing a RV wrap project for me right now.

If you're having trouble finding them, it's because they've moved to the inside of Plaza Mall! I called around several area businesses looking for the best prices in color print-outs. And Mark at VIP was able to work out a great deal for me at .25 cents a sheet. He was really nice on the phone and in person. Turn-around time was just a few hours. And it feels mighty fine to move my print needs away from Kinko's and start supporting a local business.

In my times coming here, I've mainly been struck by the kinds of things they DON'T do, which seems to include most of the things that I wanted from them (I've mostly talked to them on behalf of a magazine I ran, and they don't do traditional newsprint or any of the alternatives I'd suggested). I did work with them on some promotional headshots, though.
Their service is tired and brusque. Not exactly rude, but not the most helpful. They won't suggest something that might work, they'll wait for you to guess the correct answer, which can be pretty frustrating
