What an awesome company. A young man was stranded with a blown out tire, after trying to help jack the car on a slope we needed a professional. Called Oscars and Jose came out in 10 min. Jacked the car with his nice gear, replaced spare, charged the kid almost nothing. I can't tell you how helpful he was. We need more humans like Jose. Thanks man!

Oscar Towing is not at 403 W 5th Avenue, in Escondido. I own this building and have asked Oscar Towing many times, over the past two years, to stop using my building address. Oscar Towing has never been a tenant of ours and I am not sure why they chose to use our address, and I am not sure why they continue to use my address without authorization.

It was late at night and Oscar Jr responded to my request immediately and answered all my questions and provided a reasonable quote to tow my van from San Marcos to Poway.
Jose came in the next day to load the van on his truck. He was very accommodating, pleasant to talk to and drove safely to the shop. Thank you Oscar Towing for your great service!

I did not enjoy the customer service. It was very rude. He told me to follow him into the backside of the dealership and when we got there he told me I couldnt be there. Then he continued to say to 'hang tight' to pay him and then leave. On top of all this, he charged me $125 to take me 1.5 miles!!! Ridiculous!

I live on Palomar Mountain where Ice/snow in residential areas is brutal. Icy dirt roads, sloping off the sides make for extremely dangerous conditions. These guys worked in severe conditions, cold and dark and were able to pull my trucks (multiple rescues) back to the road safely before they slid down the mountain. This takes much more than just hooking up a winch or a chain because if you do know how to pull a vehicle off the side of a mountain it will slide and you will lose the vehicle in a rollover faster than you can imagine it happening. These guys go far beyond. Family owned and family run. You can't get better than that. We all need to put energy into small business. These guys were extremely prompt, professional and quick. You literally couldn't ask for anything more.
Their pricing was also amazing.

Very prompt tow company in Escondido.
I needed a tow to the dealership. I originally called two other tow companies that I've worked with in the past but they never called me back. So I saw Oscar on Yelp and gave him a call. It was nice getting a human being on the phone rather than voice mail. I texted my address and about 20 minutes later the clean tow truck arived.
No issues getting my car to the dealership.
