I made an appointment 6 months ago. When I arrived, on time, I was told that they couldn't find my appointment, but there was a no show and I could possibly take that spot. The no show then showed up, late, and they took them back. By now they have found my appointment, which I did have, but they can't work me in. When I asked to reschedule the told me I couldn't, that I would have to wait for a cancellation. I have yet to receive a call about a cancellation. I also got my email about scheduling my next 6 month appt. It had a button to click to request a call. I have not recieved a call to schedule

Springs Dental provides excellent dental and customer service. I’ve had experience with a number of dental offices in the area and by far and away the best is Springs Dental for experience, quality and comfort. The customer service is excellent, response time great, and they are extremely accommodating overall. They make going to the dentist a pleasant and welcoming experience. Highly recommend.

Dr. Bronner is so awesome!! He has been my dentist for like a year now. But today's appointment really impressed me cause my old filling (done like over 20years ago in the Philippines) got knocked loose and when hes done it looks so great!! Like they're my natural teeth. Btw kudos to all the staff too. Really great people and they'll make you feel as comfortable as possible. Thank you guys!!!

You can usually sense a well run practice within a few seconds upon entering the door. From first contact to the experience in the chair, the staff listens and are interested in doing what’s best for the patient
They took just a few minutes to investigate my insurance plan and saved me over 900 $ . My dentist and his assistant were calm, confidant ,caring and attentive to detail .
My work was painless and looks great.
Additionally their COVID protocols are managed in a thorough , competent and friendly manner.
I feel lucky to have found this office.

I scheduled an appointment for my Dad at Springs Dental. My Dad was very nervous about going to the appointment as he had not been to a dentist in a long time. New to the area and discovered Springs Dental online. Was impressed with all of the positive reviews, so I decided to make an appointment for myself. I had an excellent first experience at the office with Katie, the hygienist. Katie was very gentle, thorough and my teeth looked and felt great at the end of the appointment! I’m getting married in June and decided to schedule a second appointment at the office for zoom whitening with Lisa. My experience with Lisa was phenomenal! She was extremely gentle, thorough, knowledgeable, pleasant and best of all made my smile shine bright white!!! The office
