We also offer continuing education seminars for appraisers and real estate agents. In addition to our offerings at our primary location in Kearney, Nebraska, we offer appraisal courses and seminars at various locations around the country.

American Real Estate & Associates has served clients in the central Nebraska region for over 50 years. Walt Deyle started this family owned business in Kearney, Nebraska in 1955. His daugher, Lynne L. Heiden has continued the family tradition. Our multi-faceted firm offers real estate brokerage services, professional land development, real property appraisal services and the coordination of new construction throughout the midwest.

Lynne L. Heiden, GRPA, IFAS, MRA is President of American Real Estate & Associates, Inc. Lynne is a Certified General Appraiser and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Nebraska. She believes in the real estate profession and the professional connection. Her membership and participation in state and national organizations provides business connections throughout the United States.

Trevor C. Brown joined American Real Estate in the spring of 2007. Trevor is gifted with genuine people skills. His energy and positive interaction with clients is a valuable asset.
