Services
Clean, modern, urban living in the heart of San Francisco's SOMA neighborhood, this building is home to three condominiums. Bordering on the Marin headlands and overlooking San Francisco, the Golden Gate Bridge and the Pacific Ocean, a modern interpretation of a traditional yurt is soon to be hidden into the ridge.
The kitchen location in this Sausalito home was originally walled off from the fabulous bay views and the living spaces. The owners loved to cook while entertaining friends and family, so we removed the interior walls and opened up the exterior walls to access the expansive views of the bay and new deck.
Scott Couture was our architect on our project in Sausalito, CA, remodeling a 50 year old house. 1500 square foot remodel of main level with kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and study. Took a 3-story high end redwood country house from 1980 and did a sophisticated, ultra-modern remodel. Scott pushed creativity far beyond what I had originally imagined.
