This is the worst place to get a car I was put into 2 cars in the same week! Spent $2k down on the first car and it gave me problems brought it back they put me in another car that has problems then give me a loner car that don’t start lol literally the worst place ever please don’t go here!! Take your money elsewhere they won’t help u at all

TERRIBLE CAR LOT! Financed me a car that didn’t work, could take it home day of purchase so had to get a loaner car from them. Loaner was NO BETTER! Came the next day to get a refund, didn’t have one of my cards I paid with so she said she can’t refund a partial payment.. so had to go back home which I live 2 hrs a way…. Came back the next day had ALL MY CARDS & gave me a partial refund when she just said she couldn’t give partial refund the day before!

Everyone that works in the sales aspect of the company is amazing! Now the service part of the company is actually bery ridiculous. You can make an appointment for service and they woll literally work on other cars that clearly arent a priority or that didnt have appointment. They will start working on your behicle then literally leave to go work on another all while you are right there waiing in the waiting area. Omce again the sales part is amazing wouldnt buy from anyone else. But the service/ mechanic part of company needs new mangement and workers and meeds to be more organized!

Don’t waste your time or money! They approved my application with my bank statement then when I came in person to get the car they told me they couldn’t use the same bank statement they approved me with and asked for paystubs so if you work for yourself this is definitely not the place to go and they lie ver the phone to lure you in . I asked them if I needed to bring anything they said no but when I got there started asking me for documentation they cars are trash don’t have a single good car on the lot and false advertise on their website

Do not ever finance a car from TM. The very next day after purchasing my check engine light came on and they wouldn’t even give me a diagnostic let alone fix it. Have had my account with them for over a year and they refused to give me a ONE WEEK extension while my 7 month old son was hospitalized. Also sold me a salvaged vehicle which NO insurance will allow full coverage on due to it being salvaged. Full coverage insurance IS a requirement but I have informed them several times that I can not get that coverage due to the vehicle being salvaged and they still force me to pay $150 CPI to them

The dealership seems to have nice cars that run. I purchased a car from them 3 years ago. It is paid off. I got free oil changes as long as I paid the note on time. I went back to purchase another car from the Clay location on Thursday, July 8, 2021. The customer service was awesome. Rocky was great in helping me select a vehicle. They sell good cars and they service them before you drive it off the lot. They are the Best

Excellent place for someone who has bad credit.
The customer service is great. Rocky let me drive off with a 2012 Mazda 6 with 134k miles for only 1100$ down. Their total amount charged for the car is a couple thousand above the car value but that's reasonable considering the cars are in great shape, and they work with you only using your proof of income instead of credit. I would recommend.
