I had selected a date and time for a move of furniture within my home. I called 2 days before to confirm - no one picked up - the morning before they were set to arrive and left a message. No one even called to say they weren't going to make it. This is THE MOST unprofessional establishment I have encountered. I will never contact them and tell everyone not to use them.

I really don't write reviews. In fact I had to download the Yelp app just to write this but I cannot let it go. About three weeks ago I arranged for this company to move me today from 2 to 4 PM at a rate of $70 an hour for two hours. When they arrived at 5 PM (not to mention me taking off all day for these shenanigans) I was informed of a ridiculous number of fees to include a three hour minimum.
Now this was a simple move of a small one bedroom, just from one floor to the next floor within the same building no truck required.
