I used jet limo for a bachelorette party I was planning. I used them for airport transport and transport around the Sedona area. They were very professional and quick to respond to me if I had a question. We arrived too early to check into our bnb, and they kept our luggage and picked us up when our check in arrived. Their transportation rides are really nice as well. I will use again when I return to PHX.

I didn’t get the opportunity to actually use their services but the process of getting set up was stellar. I scheduled an airport pickup and talked through option via email with MaryAnne. Afterwards I booked a return service as well. It was our anniversary after all! Again, MaryAnne was extremely helpful.
We ended up needing to cancel last minute due to a sick family member and they were very courteous and understanding trying to find a resolution. Will definitely use when I finally get to make this trip!

Great company to work with! Our driver was on time and was great! Everything was great and went very smoothly and everyone we spoke with when booking was extremely nice! Very reasonable pricing
Only thing from that night was our wedding planner put our bags in the back of the car and expected the driver to remember, we had no idea until the next morning and the driver had to drive to us from an hour away to deliver them so we felt bad about that!

Company gets caught lying by not paying it's employees. Tried to cancel my check but screwed up and cancelled the wrong one that was already cashed. Update.
As you can see u posted screenshots of the several breakdowns I had with this company. Also owner caught lying about paying when in fact he didn't. Then they call me mentally ill with this outrageous claim of contacting with false numbers. You're the mentally ill one!!!
