As a customer oriented company we are pleased to share our experience with Sparkles. We get our costumed clothing for our employees from sweaters, rain jackets, hats, t-shirts, yard signs, business cards etc. Joe and his team are neat prompt and committed to quality. Do not use them!!! I had a terrible experience! When I went in there to place my order, the owner was preoccupied with the old owner who was visiting. Took my order that was going overseas with me. Said he would send a picture and never did. 4 business days I went back in and the owner wasn't there. I begged the guy at the counter to call him as my time was running out. They forgot to place my order. Was told it would be done by end of day following day. I go in following day, no shirts. Told they will be in next day. I go in next day they ordered the wrong neckline. Promised I would have
