We offer a distinct variety of naturally colored decorative landscaping rock. Our colored landscape rock is a great alternative to mulch and can make your garden or hardscape project stand out. Rock is perfect for pathways, landscape beds, ground cover, ponds and other water features. Size and shape also vary widely.

These guys are the best, hands down. Our property needed to be prepped for a future structure, a week long job. We bid it out to several others, Earth First responded promptly. After meeting with Chris it was immediately apparent that they possessed the expertise and equipment to do the job. More importantly, to do the job right. Also, while doing the work, they made our neighbors day letting the 4 year old examine the truck and excavator, very classy. Use Earth First for your excavating needs, they're worth it!

Earth First did major excavation and installation of walls, boulders, and steps for us. We live on a steep hillside and stability/retention were of utmost importance in this project. Chris and his team transformed our slopes into a visually stunning and accessible landscape. I can't say enough about how great of a job they did. Chris is a true artisan, placing each rock optimally to achieve a perfect look. He is extremely punctual, completed the work in a timely fashion, and listened to all our inputs. I run a branch office for a company that installs sheds & garages throughout western Washington, and in that capacity I work with numerous clients each year who require brush & tree removal, grading work and installation of gravel pads. Chris with Earth First is the only contractor I recommend to those clients. From start to finish Chris was a joy to work with. He helped us streamline our vision and added his his knowledgable opinions where needed. I especially loved that he was at the job site actually working and operating the equipment every day. His co-worker on the job, Will, was polite and courteous as well. Straight away I knew the job would be done correctly and to our liking. Would/will hire him again in a heartbeat. You can't go wrong with this company.

Greenridge & Wolfe's Landscaping have worked with Chris at EarthFirst since 2011. We have Chris do our heavy lifting and excavating. He has removed several hundred yards worth of old lawn soil for us and brought in new soil. Other work has included french drains, rockeries and grading. Chris is always on time and communicates well with our crews and the customer. His experience and quality equipment make our jobs much easier.
