They were amazing. We got so so many compliments on the presentation and taste, they were just incredible. There was not a single slice left when the sun came up on Sunday, and I definitely saw some late night snackers sharing some apple pie straight from the tin. You were a joy to work with, very professional, and easy to coordinate with.

Fleur provided both cake and pie to my son's wedding earlier this month. The lemon cake w marionberry filling was superb, and the 3 kinds of pie were also top notch. Everyone wanted pieces of all of them- even non-dessert eaters were raving and coming back for more. They were also beautifully presented. I can't recommend them them highly enough.

Thank you so much Pam! The cheesecake & cupcakes were by far the BEST we've ever had. And we're dessert people so we've tasted a lot. Even my Dad, who is a retired executive chef & is very critical, LOVED the gluten-free cheesecake. He said, "this is the first time I've ever eaten an entire slice of cheesecake!". That's huge coming from him! Everyone commented on how yummy the desserts were. We are so sad to be so far from you! When we visit Mount Hood again, we'll definitely be putting in an order with you. Rads will be in desperate craving mode

Pies are great- not that sweet (they let the fruit be the sweetening and doesn't dump extra sugar, unlike 95% of the bakeries in the USA), and the crust is rather light (and buttery). Only issue is a grumpy baker- I've bought her pies multiple times and she came off grumpy, not that happy. I don't know if it was a bad day for her, but I don't think it was anything I did that deserved it. Anyways, if you get the same treatment, look over it if you want to impress someone/people at a formal function w/food.

Pam (Fleur Cakes) did an exceptional job as the wedding cake/ desert vender for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding. The cakes and tarts were mouth-watering-delicious. Family and friends raved about her work. ( I'm hungry thinking about it.)
