When I thought there was no hope, I found Kena and Kristyn. They guided me through the entire process of a bitter divorce. I was literally on the floor of their office in tears, and they picked me up and told me everything was going to be ok. I wouldn't have been able to successfully get through my divorce without their dedication to my case and emotional support. They are TOP NOTCH and I would recommend them to anyone looking for family law assistance.

DO NOT use this firm!! I had an awful experience with this firm. They are terribly unprofessional and shady. Their communication was extremely poor, I was improperly billed for time and. The attorney never negotiated with my ex's attorney and just doubled up the work internally to bill me everything twice at least. I ended with another firm and they did everything with 1/5 the cost. Stay away from this law firm!
This is a carried issue from Hollingsworth & Zivitz. I would call if you could provide a point of contact.

Ashley from Hollingsworth Roberts Means was a beacon of hope to my father at a time when our options seemed limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed impossible. Not only was she able to defend my father from an unjust citation, her calm and empathetic demeanor gave emotional succor to myself and father.
Ashley was tenacious and proactive in her approach and showed excellent knowledge of the laws and regulations in Indiana. Her tireless work ethic and approach got the prosecutor to dismiss the case entirely.
We are forever grateful for her service and I hereby recommend Ashley

This firm is exceptionally experienced and well run. My attorney, Ashley Roncevic was fantastic and incredibly thorough. At every turn, she advised me while maintaining the most professional demeanor, and always letting me know, worst case, and best case scenarios. I elected to consistently take her advice based on the firm's experience and it was well worth it. I avoided financial ruin and false conspiracy theories as she challenged and overcame all of the misleading and manufactured information presented to the judge. I am eternally grateful and would recommend her to anyone.

This firm cares nothing about the residents in west clay. Last week the construction workers began working before 7am (the earliest they’re allowed to work) and were forced to leave. Don’t use a firm that doesn’t follow the rules. That just tells you how they act altogether

Worked with Hollingsworth and Means on a matter and I could not be more happy with my experience from beginning to end. Hollingsworth was extremely kind and advised me up front that this was a matter that I could argue on my own due to my evidence, however when I stated that I would feel better doing so with counsel she was spot on by recommending William Means handle it for me. At no time was I out of the loop and William went out of his way to include me in the decision making process. I never felt like I was being thought of as just another case and they went out of their way to ensure that

DO NOT USE this firm for divorce, William Means screwed up my case, was totally unprepared and did not defend my case correctly, the other side was awarded WAY more than 50% of the assets, spousal maintenance and child support that was not even in compliance with Indiana divorce laws. After switching lawyers, an appeal and an incredibly difficult, drawn out and extremely expensive divorce that is STILL going on over 3 years in the courts our options are limited to fix the mess he caused. His lack of effort, knowledge and disregard for my case and situation has now cost me over 55,000 in legal fees

I highly suggest using another firm. My ex and I ended up back in mediation within a year of our divorce being final and used another firm. Communication, advise given and representation was seriously lacking.

I used them for an accident case. My attorney took a long time to accomplish the work. When the complaint was drafted, it was missing information and the facts contained were incorrect. When I pointed that out to him, I was told that it didn't matter. This is when I took my case to a new attorney. She did a far better job, in far less time, for less money. I was asked to edit the original review to correct what this company felt were inaccuracies. Everything that I have stated here is true to the best of my ability and the facts presented are accurate to the best of my recollection.
