Neat Freaks of WNY is a locally owned company that services both residential and commercial properties. We pride ourselves on top notch customer service and building lasting relationships with our customers! As a matter of fact, we have retained many customers for a decade! It wasn't actually until 2004, at the age of 23 years old that being neat and tidy become part of who I was and still am today.
However, two small kids in tow can really put a damper on that some days! That Fall, I had just received a teaching job in WNY. I worked 10 months out of the year and wanted to find something to do in the summer months. After tossing some ideas around, I decided to start cleaning many of my neighbors and family members homes.

Since every home/office is different we will customize each cleaning to fit your needs. We require a list of priorities to be left for your cleaning specialist to ensure that we are focusing on what is most important to YOU! We have a sample checklist to help you create your own priority list. Please note: This checklist is to be used as a reference.

While we don't expect you to 'clean' for the cleaner, we do suggest general pick up the night before. If areas are clear and accessible they can be cleaned more efficiently. If there is a lot of pick up, there will not be enough time to do the 'actual' cleaning. Also, it is important to maintain some cleaning in between visits to ensure that we can keep your home/office on a maintenance schedule.
