May 26, 2021, we were on a road trip and got the dreaded tire low pressure indicator light. Pulled off and the local gas station air pump was broken. State Policeman stopped by and recommended these folks. They replaced all four tires and we were on our way! We so appreciated their ability to hop on our problem and get us back on the road. Only problem is that we live in Atlanta, GA so that lifetime tire rotation will probably not happen!

Great service with every visit. I had them check out my car before driving cross country to San Francisco. Lawrence made sure the guys looked at everything. I got the winter special and that included tire rotation, oil change, belts, and hoses checked. Made to my Destination with no issues. Thankful I had somewhere I could trust to take my car.

In the past. I have given them a 5-star rating, but I'm downgrading to a four for only one reason. I think the staff there is amazing. They are friendly the genuinely caring they're honest or trustworthy very reasonable pricing and they're good at what they do. . In the past, I would never have gone anywhere else. However, and I am very saddened by this decision. I will not be returning. In the future. This decision is based only on finances. They are no longer. On the way from Charlotte to Ocean Isle, I had a very low tire, losing air quickly, with a sharp piece of metal stuck in it. My friend googled the nearest tire store with the highest rating, and Paige at Southern Tire graciously took care of my tire. So very grateful for their outstanding customer service!!!
