You will be asked to absorb a lot of information over a short period of time. Your inspection will entail a written report, including checklists and photos, and what the inspector tells you during the inspection.
You can recommend an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector(R) to inspect the home before the buyer's inspector is hired. Your client (the seller) can schedule the inspection at his convenience, with little effort on your part. Your client can assist the inspector during the inspection, something that's not typically done during a buyer's inspection.

I looked at a few different inspection company's and chose David over the others for a few reasons. First he sent me a "pre-inspection" from the listing before I even hired him. He found a few issues just from the photo's. He was easy to follow and discussed items in details I could understand. Overall great experience and would recommend him to my mother. He also did water testing since it was a well.

Great customer service. David spent time with me to cover not only issues he found but how the different systems worked. He discovered foundation issues in the crawl space that the owners had receipts from a contractor showing it was corrected but it was not. He is professional and easy to work with. Well worth the price.
