This is the 2nd time we have had Capital City do a project for us. The project included doing a makeover of our front porch, installation of a new front door and replacement of our window shutters. We met with Mark to discuss what needed to be done and he was great to work with. The crew did excellent work.

I don’t even know where to start this review other than to say call Capital City for your next remodeling project, you won’t be disappointed!! Chad and his team are amazing.
Jake lead our project and I can’t even think of enough good things to say about him, always on time, every question, every concern we had he addressed and took care of it right away.
Chad stands by his word, you will never feel unheard and his communication is on point and immediate. Capital City was the fist company out to bid our project and out of all the other bids we collected we just kept coming back to them,

I could not be more happy with Capital City from start to finish. They did a HUGE renovation to my house. I had 5 different contractors bid out the job. I immediately knew when I met Chad he was going to be who I would be going with. I just knew in my gut I could 100000%, trust him.
The renovation was so huge we moved out of our house for 2 months so that it would move faster (4 thousand square feet, complete renovation). Every time I stopped by my house there was a FULL crew there from 8-to at least 5. They even were there on a few Saturday’s. Most of the other companies did NOT have a big

We had mold removal and wall repair done by Halston and Matt. They did an excellent job removing the mold and painting with the anti mold paint. Both of them were very polite and informative. Halston worked very hard on getting the mold removed and painting. We are very pleased with the work done by Capital Remediation.

Highly recommend using Capital City. They were easy to work with and did a great job at a fair price. My husband and I had a FANTASTIC experience with Capital City Construction & Remediation. Our first home is a 100-year-old Craftsman that was badly in need of a kitchen remodel and some basement mold remediation. Chad was responsive, enthusiastic, knowledgable and was able to turn a bid around quickly for our mortgage company. His prices were totally fair. I've heard several horror stories about contractors being hard to get ahold of, late, over-budget, careless, etc. Our experience could not have been more opposite.
