Dr. Kevin Hicks is pleased to provide beautiful smiles for his neighbors in Lititz and the surrounding suburbs. Dr. Hicks earned his dental degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, after earning his bachelor's degree from the College of Wooster. Prior to entering private practice, Dr. Hicks completed a general practice residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.

I recently moved to Lititz and need a dental practice for my wife and me. I had my first visit today. From beginning to end, the Hicks practice is first rate. Clean and comfortable waiting room, Jen the receptionist is friendly and competent, Alex, my hygienist was engaged and thorough. Their equipment and dental processes are modern and up to date. Dr. Hicks was professional and listening. We look forward to our continued care.

Amazing service! Everyone I've interacted with at Dr. Hicks' office — from the office manager to the hygienists to Dr. Hicks himself — have been incredibly sweet, friendly, and informative. They're always very clear about what you can expect from your visit and post-care experience, and they'll take the time to explain the billing/insurance reimbursement process if you're confused about it. When I switched jobs, the office manager even worked with me to reschedule my appointments so my new insurance would cover the visit. Highly recommend!

My experience was great from start to finish. Jen does such a great job at the front desk. She is friendly and efficient. I’m not especially fond of getting my teeth cleaned but Alex was very gentle and did a thorough job. She is an awesome hygienist. Dr. Hicks is very kind and personable. I highly recommend this practice.
