I bought a home from Riverland Homes and it was very seamless experience. I used their lender, got good interest rate, and the entire process was a perfect blend of quantity and quality. They fully honored their various timelines and the walk-through inspections were well planed. On top of it, the lender’s mortgage person was very professional, experienced, and worked with me with great patience. Not that I have experience working with other builders, but I will still recommend using Riverland Homes as your next new home builder.

Ryan Austin and Riverland Homes have always been willing to make any needed repairs on a timely basis. When repairs were a bit more difficult Ryan has spent numerous hours researching recommended solutions and in every instance he succeeded in correcting each and every issues, and not only correcting certain product functional issues but in many instances actually improving on their performance through upgrades or by using new techniques. We debated about posting a review, but decided that it was important for others to see how we have been treated as new homeowners. I'll start with saying we paid almost $460,000 for our new home in Ione. Our biggest issue to date has been the backyard which was added in to our mortgage at a "discounted rate" of around $7,000. They advertise it as a $15,000 backyard. To start, we did a walk through of this home when we were looking to buy and the backyard had already been graded by their engineer. We walked through the home in November, and the backyard was added around January/February with a patio
