Services
Back and neck pain (degenerative disc disease, disc herniation, sciatica, spinal stenosis, etc). Sacroiliac Joint Pain/Joint Pain of all Extremities (osteoarthritis, sprains/strains, etc). We knew from the start, in order to service the Shoals Area the way they expect to be serviced, we would quite simply always need to be on top of our game.
Teletherapy is the online delivery of therapy services via live video conferencing. Teletherapy sessions are very similar to traditional physical therapy sessions. Licensed Peak therapists use traditional therapy techniques and have the technology literally at their finger tips to plan and deliver high quality services.
On your first visit, you will meet your personal licensed physical therapist, who will kindly ask you about what brought you here. Be prepared to talk briefly about when you began feeling pain, how the injury happened along with your general health and past surgeries.
Your therapist will then conduct an initial evaluation to identify any postural faults and musculoskeletal imbalances, including tests for muscle length and strength, joint mobility, and soft tissue integrity.Your therapist will then use a model or illustration to ensure your understanding. After the evaluation, based on your diagnosis and your personal goals, we will create your personalized treatment plan for you.

We focus on developing your core strength and stability and improving your balance to promote your ability to live a functional and active life. Our circuit style workout focuses on developing cardiovascular and muscular endurance for the whole body. Our Sports Performance class is uniquely designed for athletes to identify and address range of motion and strength deficits with the goal of improving performance and promoting injury prevention.
At some point in life, most of us will deal with headaches and other pain under the eyes, at the top of the neck, and in our jaw. The pain can last for a few days; however, more commonly it will last for under an hour. Treatment for pain in your head depends on the root cause. The common types of headaches are cluster headaches, migraines, and tension headaches.
