We needed a dehumidifier drain pipe installed. Jamie and another tech whose name I did not get, came out on time and got the job done. I had asked that they call since I would be at work. He did and made sure everything was the way I wanted. We have two dogs and the techs also entertained them for a bit as well. They were professional, efficient and thorough. Plus my dogs loved them so they had to be good folks!

We have entrusted our plumbing issues and repairs to Summers Plumbing for 10+ years. They recently tackled a huge project that included the installation of a sewer lift station pump at a rental cottage in our back yard and tied it to the sewer line at our house. They also re-plumbed a bathroom in our house that was tied to the sewer line at the rental cottage and tied it to the sewer line at our house. Chris and Jimmy Summers guided us through this project by explaining all that would be done and answering our questions along the way. Their field staff/technicians and office staff are excellent

First let me state that Morgan is one of the most professional customer service reps that I have encountered in the longest time. She was very sweet and answered all of my questions. I got an appointment to have someone come out to my house within 2 days and they even arrived early. Morgan called that morning to confirm the appointment and then asked if they could come early. The two technicians arrived early and were extremely nice. They were in and out within an hour and taught me some tricks about a garbage disposal that I never knew. They cleaned up after themselves and answered any questions

From start to finish Summers plumbing was top notch! They were responsive and professional, they answered all my questions and did a great job. Jamie and Don were awesome during installation. They went out of their way to complete my project, the floor had a problem that made it difficult to put in the toilet so they worked around it until the flooring issue could be resolved instead of just leaving. I also had the opportunity to speak with Morgan on the phone and through email a couple times and she was always helpful and pleasant. I can’t give enough praise to this outfit as a whole!
